About this house rental
Villa Les Delices is located in the Cote d'Azur (the French Riviera) a few minutes walk from the charming, medieval village of Valbonne, With a large kitchen, beamed sitting room and dining room along with four well designed bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms - the property is ideal for up to four couples.
We are 25 minutes from the Nice airport. Cannes is 15 minutes away, Monte Carlo is 45 minutes and Italy is an hour. There are wonderful perched villages to visit, nearby, that have been the home of Renoir, Matisse, Chagall and Picasso to name only a few. There are numerous golf courses, tennis courts, wonderful restaurants and incredible shopping within minutes of the house.
We have several eating terraces with far reaching views of the hills and snow capped Alps beyond. There is a heated swimming pool, complete with pool house and kitchen. The grounds feel extensive and very private.
All the linens are included and abundant. We include our housekeeper once a week.
All the outdoor areas have appropriate furniture.
The house is situated in the exclusive Val de Curette Domian, which is private and gated. Our property is fully fenced and gated. It is walking distance to the old village and two minutes by car. The village has two large car parks so parking is easy. There is a beautiful square in the village with several restaurants and on Fridays there is a typical provencal market. It is an active village but it is not a tourist village teaming with people. There are many evenings that have music in the square. There is also a movie theater and event space featuring French and English films and an upscale orchestra.
Mougin is 8 minutes away with its many award winning restaurants. You will certainly never go hungry in France!
The property is 15 minutes from Cannes with its shopping, restaurants and, most importantly the beach clubs open to the public. You can enjoy a day at the beach with beach beds, waiter service and a restaurant.
