About this chalet rental
Our family chalet, located in the Chavonnes hamlet in Courchevel, is the perfect base for ski lovers, cyclists (the Col de la Loze starting point is nearby), and hikers. For spa guests in Brides-les-Bains, the town center is less than 500 m away on foot.
In winter, you are close to Méribel’s slopes via the Olympe gondola (400 meters on foot by trail), taking you directly to the heart of the 3 Valleys in 25 minutes, or to Courchevel if you have a car (Courchevel le Praz in 15-20 minutes). We recommend the Olympe gondola accessible on foot. Ski lockers can be rented for an extra fee. The slopes do not reach the hamlet or the gondola.
In summer, cyclists are less than 1 km from the Col de la Loze starting point in Brides-les-Bains. We are also less than 20 minutes from Champagny and Pralognan-en-Vanoise and their beautiful hikes.
The chalet offers a large terrace with barbecue, a cozy living room with TV, Wii console, Bluetooth speaker, and a fully equipped open kitchen. A ping-pong table and trampoline are available outside the winter season. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Two raclette and fondue sets are provided. For babies, we have two travel cots, a bathtub, a changing table, and a high chair.
Outside, a hot tub is available for an extra fee. Final cleaning is never included. Only minimal cleaning is required: sweep floors, tidy bedrooms and living room, clean kitchen, do and put away dishes, empty trash, and leave laundry on the floor. We handle bathroom cleaning. Penalties apply if procedures are not followed.
