The house: Spacious and well-equipped, it comfortably accommodates 2 families or a group of friends. It features 4 bedrooms (one with a desk/office area), 1 bathroom with a jetted bathtub, and 2 shower rooms. The large open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, blender, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) and a lounge with 2 sofas. It is the perfect space to gather and unwind. Fibre optic internet, TV with Canal+ subscription, board games. Bed linen and towels provided.
Outside: Exotic hardwood terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, opening directly onto the sea. 3 private parking spaces. A peaceful, unspoilt setting, tucked away from sight at the foot of the Sainte-Barbe chapel.
