Outside, you will enjoy a large garden of 800 m² with an unobstructed view, perfect for outdoor relaxation moments. The house has a terrace of 75 m² (currently under construction but will be completed at the beginning of April), fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial meals under the Breton sun.
Inside, the entrance opens directly onto a beautiful, warm and welcoming living space. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a rocking chair, creating a cosy atmosphere in all seasons. On the other side of the room, a large table with corner bench and chairs can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. The open-plan kitchen, long and spacious, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Adjoining the living room, a bright conservatory offers a second large dining table with a view of the garden, ideal for enjoying natural light and the garden all year round.
At night, the house has 4 bedrooms equipped with shutters and blackout curtains:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a Queen Size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): two single beds (90x190) with a pull-out bed for an additional sleeping space
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): a single bed (90x190) with a pull-out bed for an additional sleeping space
On the landing of the floor, a small lounge with sofa and television offers an additional relaxation space.
The house also has 2 bathrooms:
- Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and WC.
- On the ground floor, a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a separate WC.
Two parking spaces are available outdoors on the property grounds and you will be able to store up to 5 bicycles safely in a small closed room.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and equipment for young children (travel cot, baby bathtub, potty, step stool).
Please note that the staircase does not have a handrail.
