Villa Fresca (4+1) Apartment is located on the first floor. Its living area occupies 50m2 of space and can accommodate 5 guests in two modern-style bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom of the apartment has a shower and all other bathroom necessities for the maximum comfort of the villa´s guests. There is a contemporary kitchen at the guests´ disposal, which is equipped with all kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for the preparation of home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The cozy living room is furnished with two comfortable couches, one of which is extendable, so that one guest can sleep on it, if necessary. Huge sliding door lead to a balcony with garden furniture and a panoramic view of the beach.
Apartments Fresca F1, F2 and F3 share a washing machine located in the common room.
The outdoor area of the Villa Fresca stretches over 700m2 of land and provides parking spaces for the guests arriving by car. Furthermore, there is a barbecue, where delicious grilled meals can be prepared.
CHECK IN time is from 4PM.CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.
- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.- Pets are not allowed!- Baby bed or a baby chair can be provided only with previous request.- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other Villas in the area.
