Beautiful apartment with wide views over the marina, sea, polders and dunes. With 4 terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long. Spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. Located near the Spuikom, close to a supermarket and tram stop. Private closed garage box included. Netflix available.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
