Charming and spacious holiday home with sauna, beautifully located in Rørvig within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The house is set on a lovely large, secluded and wooded plot with tall pine trees that create an authentic “Rørvig summer house” atmosphere.
This cosy and original holiday home has been renovated and appears bright and inviting. It features a modern, well-designed and fully equipped kitchen – naturally with a dishwasher – in open connection with the comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove. A very large dining table offers seating for many people, perfect for shared meals as well as board games and other family activities.
The house is equipped with a heat pump and solar panels, including for water heating, helping to keep electricity costs down. This also makes it easy to enjoy the lovely sauna after a refreshing walk by the beach.
The house has 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed, a single bed, a large wardrobe and direct access to the garden; one with a double bed; one with two separate single beds; and one with a single bed.
There are two tiled bathrooms with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Spacious sauna with sauna heater. A washing machine is also available.
Outside there is a large, open and private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Parking is available on the property.
The popular seaside and holiday town of Rørvig and the surrounding area offer activities for the whole family: Sommerland Sjælland, several golf courses, fishing and boating trips on the Isefjord, mushroom foraging in Sandflugtplantagen and summer crab fishing at the harbour. There are also galleries and cosy restaurants and cafés.
If you feel like driving a little further, a visit to Andelslandsbyen Nyvang in Holbæk is recommended. Here you can experience life in a cooperative village in the mid-20th century. Nyvang is an interactive experience centre where you can touch, explore and play your way through history.
