A quirky property in the heart of this bustling port town, and within 1.5 miles of Holkham Hall, Warham Salt Marshes and Wells Beach. Located just off The Buttlands, a large tree-lined square leading towards the quayside, this one-storey property is formed from the old coach house and stables that were originally part of Monteagle House. Full of character and charm, the property is approached via a pretty courtyard garden, its rooms punctuated with original features including vaulted ceilings and exposed beams that help to create a warming, rustic ambience. The lounge/diner off the entrance hall is draped in natural light whenever the sun shines and is a beautiful place to unwind. The neighbouring kitchen/diner is a delight, with plenty of room for cooking and conversation. The tastefully appointed double and twin bedrooms are ready to care for those calling it a night, and the large family bathroom nearby doubles as a utility space.
