THE SPACE
Spanning 41 square meters, a cozy yet functional retreat includes a living area with panoramic canal vistas, 2 bedrooms with king beds (the shower is in one of them), a kitchen and a toilet.
One bedroom seamlessly transforms into an extended living space with retractable glass walls, creating an airy, open-plan experience.
The space is fully equipped for all needs – from a washing machine to baby gear. Recently renovated with the latest in sustainable practices, it offers an eco-conscious stay, helping reduce your stay footprint by up to 50%.
The way up to your space goes along the quintessentially Dutch stairs, charmingly steep (check out the picture!). While carrying heavy luggage up might be a bit challenging, the exceptional space awaiting you at the top is well worth the effort!

Before arrival, you'll receive a code for the electronic lock, streamlining both your check-in process and luggage storage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
1. **No Smoking:** Strictly prohibited. Smoke sensors are installed which alert the fire department.
2. **Noise Control:** For the comfort of our neighbors and their baby, we kindly request maintaining a low noise level after 10 PM.
3. **Registered Guests Only:** Only guests who are registered and verified are allowed to stay in the apartment.
