Downstairs, an open plan living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and unwinding together, as well as a modern bathroom with a bath and overbath shower. To the rear of the property, a small private courtyard provides a quiet spot to sit outside, enjoy a drink, and watch the clear night skies overhead in complete rural calm. The village of Paul enjoys a wonderfully convenient yet peaceful position in West Cornwall, just two miles from the historic harbour town of Penzance and one mile from the working fishing port of Newlyn. The picturesque village of Mousehole lies just over half a mile away, making it easy to reach on foot or by a short drive. This ideal location is especially popular with walkers and nature lovers, with direct access to the Southwest Coast Path offering breathtaking coastal scenery in every direction. Nearby, the dog friendly Tanglewood Gardens in Penzance provides nine acres of natural gardens and woodland to explore at a relaxed pace. For those seeking quiet, sheltered beaches, Lamorna Cove is close by and well known for clear waters and excellent snorkelling. Mousehole itself offers a small beach at low tide, along with charming shops, galleries and inviting restaurants. For a classic long sandy beach, Marazion is nearby, where at low tide you can walk across the causeway to the iconic tidal island of St Michael’s Mount.
