Der er to soveafdelinger med hver 2 værelser og et badeværelse.

De vestvendte døre giver et panoramaudsigt over klitterne(nationalpark thy) og mange fantastiske solnedgang.

Indenfor 300 m finder Butikker 4-6 spisesteder isbar og meget andet.

Agger er en lille (300 fastboende)gammel fiskerby hvor man fisked fra stranden. Huset ligger lige ud for det sted og lige ud for byens varetegn ( signalmasten) som fiskerne brugte til at finde hjem.
