Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchen, separate toilet, and laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one queen-size bed) and one double bed (140x190), bathroom (bathtub and toilet). Heating by pellet stove on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs. Outside: Furnished terrace under the walnut tree, 150 m² flowered garden, large courtyard shared with the owners who live next door. Parking in the courtyard. Located in the countryside, on the old family farm, the Sous le Noyer cottage welcomes you all year round for a stay between land and sea. Adjoining the owners' home, Isabelle and Guy will be happy to give you good advice and recommend their best tips. On site, a few sheep graze peacefully in the meadow and you may be surprised to see or hear the 3 peacocks! Always a surprise the first time! To enjoy the beautiful beaches of Plouha, access is easy and quick. Palus beach is 5.7 km away: surrounded by cliffs, this pebble beach will ensure you rest and tranquility and will be the starting point for beautiful walks on the GR 34! Bonaparte beach is also popular with nature lovers! It has quite a history! If you are looking for entertainment, go to St-Quay-Portrieux (8 km) and walk along the marina and fishing ports and stop on a terrace. Paimpol 20 km away. charging electric vehicles
