About this house rental

The 4 holiday homes are located on a large plot with many olive trees, but also walnut trees, plane trees and other plants. The only direct neighbours are a stream bed, a few ducks and donkeys. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. We enjoy relaxing with the great view of the mountains or simply walking around the property in the immediate vicinity and discovering new plants, but everything can be reached very quickly by car or easily on foot. The location is ideal between our unique sandy beach and the original mountain village of Potamia, a true paradise away from the hustle and bustle and yet centrally located. You can reach the beach in 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The cosy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and yet ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and stunning views of the mountains. WLAN, flat-screen TV and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Completely new furnishings.

Very large terrace on 2 sides of the house. The swimming pool is embedded. Cosy loungers, pergola, dining area - from everywhere you have a wonderful view of the landscape and the mountains.

We recommend booking a hire car (we are happy to help) because there is so much to discover on the island. The car can be parked directly in front of the house, but it is not a must; everything can also be easily reached on foot or by bike, and the kilometre-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance; a hospitable taverna, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
