Our newly built modern apartment with parking, offers a spacious and airy first floor accommodation including a large balcony and bi-fold doors, to help you enjoy and admire the views to the distant sea.

Only a short 15min walk to the nearest breach of Carbis Bay and minutes to local shops and restaurants, it has a spacious and airy open plan living area with wood burning stove for cosy nights in. The comfortable sitting area has a smart TV, smart speaker and WIFI for your entertainment. Views out to woods, fields and Hayle beyond which are enjoyed through bifold windows and doors. There is a large balcony with furniture to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The well equipped kitchen with a large central island has everything you need for dining at home. Both bedrooms are ensuite with walk in shower, basin and WC, and handy walk in wardrobes. The master king size bedroom has a great view to the outside and the second bedroom has twin beds, ideal for families. There is an additional bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.
