On the ground floor, the living room features a double sofa bed, TV, and a comfortable seating area where you can unwind after a day by the sea. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, and fridge-freezer, allowing you to prepare meals easily and dine at your own pace. The layout is simple, functional, and designed for everyday holiday living. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, making it particularly suitable for families with children. A fully equipped bathroom serves the upper floor, and from here you have access to a private terrace - perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or relaxed evenings outdoors.
The true highlight of the property is the private garden and veranda, furnished with garden seating and a barbecue for outdoor meals and leisure time. Practical amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking ensure a comfortable and convenient stay throughout.
