▪️ This is a residential property located in a peaceful neighborhood with families and friends. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors to help maintain a positive environment for everyone.
▪️ Music at a reasonable level is welcome, but loud parties or events are not permitted. Violations will result in a $1000 fine.
▪️ The maximum number of guests allowed is FOUR (4). Exceeding this limit, hosting parties, drug use, or other serious disruptions may result in eviction. There's a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.
▪️ Productions, events, or parties are not permitted on the premises.
▪️ Check-out time is 11 AM. Any late check-out must be mutually agreed upon and will incur a fee of $60 per hour. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, subject to an additional fee of $60.
▪️ Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $1000 fine will be charged if the property smells of smoke or other substances. By booking, you agree to the $1000 penalty for smoking-related odor removal.
▪️ We welcome pets! A pet fee applies as outlined in our house rules. The charge is $59 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
▪️ For security and energy conservation, please lock all doors and windows and turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property.
▪️ Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid additional charges.
▪️ Additionally, we kindly ask that you keep the house tidy and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
▪️ Garbage & Recycling: Guests are responsible for disposing of household garbage in the bins provided. Excess garbage beyond the available bins must be removed by the guest. If not, an additional disposal fee of $150 may apply.
