Enjoy a great stay in this spacious chalet with sauna on a beautiful lake in Carinthia, with an impressive panorama of the Nockberge mountains. Go skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim or on the Gerlitzen Alpe, explore the surrounding area with a nice hike or bike ride or completely unwind by the water. The chalet is located on a small idyllic chaletpark right on the Afritzer See, in the sunny south of Carinthia. All around you: imposing mountains, crystal-clear lakes and endless greenery. Whether you want to relax with a book or get active - it's all possible here, all year round!
In winter, the region turns into a true winter sports paradise. Just 15 km away is Bad Kleinkirchheim with 103 km of slopes, modern lifts and fun for everyone from families to experienced skiers. The sunny Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approx. 13 km), with 50-55 km of runs and breathtaking views - ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike.
Picturesquely located in the heart of Carinthia, lake Afritzer See is known for its clear water and relaxed atmosphere. At the well-kept beach pools with sunbathing areas, jetties and views of the surrounding mountains, it is great to swim, sunbathe and unwind. The region is home to other beautiful lakes such as the Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, Brennsee and Faaker See. The cosy Afritz am See and surrounding villages offer everything: local shops, supermarkets and traditional restaurants where you are always welcome.
