About this villa rental
This luxury villa located at Kournas village at the edge of the cliff with infinitive view. Is a three level building with high quality construction innovated architectural and modern interior design modern furniture and high tech equipment and heated swimming pool.
The whole building is full air-conditioned with a central computerized system that controls the whole building temperature and each room separate.As it is built on the side of the cliff the roof provides a big area where you can sit and enjoy the view you can have BBQ there and use the big table that 10 people can sit with comfort and can enjoy evening meals and a sunset view.
The second level has 3 very big bedrooms each with en suite bath and balconies and unobstructed view. The lower level consists of living room, kitchen and one master bedroom with king size bed and its own bathroom.
A modern kitchen with high tech equipment with all cutleries, oven, tumble dryer, kitchenware, electric kettle, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenette. The kitchen from inside it has a construction like a green house separated with glass where you can see beautiful flowers to grow up. On the other side is the living room area which is connected with outside area and the swimming pool. The view is unobstructed and you can see the sea between the mountains on the right and left side.
The lower level has also a separate entrance except the internal entrance from the upper level which is functional when two families stay there and they don’t disturb each other.
Kournas village is a small village and it has traditional tavernas where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with cretan dishes and local hospitality.
Kournas lake is a very close area which is the biggest natural lake of island of crete many people are visiting the lake every day enjoy the nature and also have the opportunity to do water paddle swimming or have a nice meal at the restaurants near the lake.The beach is also very close about 5 minutes drive is extended east or west for about 70 km long with quiet areas if you wish to enjoy the sea by yourself or busy area, to enjoy nice meals by the sea.
