Carefully renovated, this stone cottage features exposed stonework inside and out, with original beams and antique furnishings, all while offering modern comfort. This cozy retreat, decorated with local colors and materials, invites you to relax—make yourselves at home! On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area opening onto a terrace and enclosed garden. The lounge has a regionally styled fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and private shower room, two with two single beds each, plus a second shower room and separate WC.
Welcome to a small village near Josselin, the Brocéliande Forest, and just 50 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, in unspoiled countryside. Here, you’ll experience rural Brittany, its legends, and artisan villages like Josselin, La Gacilly, and Ploërmel. Enjoy hiking along the Oust to explore typical towns such as Le Roc Saint André and Malestroit, with the GR37 trail starting in Josselin. The cottage is 2 km from Josselin, a charming small town.
