About this house rental
Want to experience the ultimate vacation feeling right on the water? You can here! This 6-person detached vacation villa with private jetty has a beautiful location on the water. A few meters by boat and you are on the spacious Veerse Meer with its many water sports opportunities. Kortgene is a cozy village with various restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg, and the historic town of Veere are a 20-minute drive away. The wide North Sea beach is less than a 15-minute drive away. A little further away, you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans, famous for the Delta Neeltje Jans theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists.
The villa is located on a dead-end street. Parking is available on a private driveway. The holiday home is in a quiet location and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door, you enter the cosy living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. Open kitchen with various built-in appliances and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hallway and guest toilet.
Upstairs, there is a landing with access to three spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with two bunk beds and two bedrooms with two single beds). Spacious bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet.
General:
This property is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
Organising student parties, beachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
This property is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23.
Pets are allowed (max. 2). Additional costs apply.
A deposit is required.
Please note: bed linen and towel packages are not included. You can hire these for an additional fee.
This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.
Boat hire is available in the harbour across the street.

The property was perfectly located for us and it accommodated six adults comfortably. The dishwasher didn’t operate correctly but it could have been operator error on our part.
I emailed the host a couple of times and they were very responsive.
