About this house rental

Beautiful detached holiday villa located in the Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard park in Kamperland. This park is located directly on the beautiful North Sea beach, where you can walk endlessly and enjoy the setting sun.
Noord-Beveland has many beautiful cycling routes, but water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here!
This attractively furnished 6-person holiday villa has a private driveway for your car and a lovely sunny garden with a south-facing terrace. Please note: open connection to public pond.
Layout: entrance hall, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace. French doors to covered veranda. Storage room. Garage. 
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. Modern bathroom with bath and double washbasin + toilet. 
Surroundings: Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard is centrally located in Zeeland, from where you can explore this beautiful province. The Veerse Meer and the Oosterschelde offer numerous water sports opportunities. The picturesque town of Veere is located directly on the Veerse Meer and a few minutes' drive away you will find nice shops and various restaurants. Middelburg is also nearby, a city worth seeing.

Located by a waterway without fencing!

Organizing student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or drinking parties is prohibited.

This property is not rented out to groups of young people under 23 years old.

Pets are not allowed.

Not suitable for disabled people.

A security deposit is required. 

 Please note: bed linen and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee.

 This property is only bookable for tourist purposes.

 You can use the swimming pool of Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland for an additional charge.
