In a residential area, within walking distance of Govelins beach and offering a partial sea view, this semi-detached house of approximately 65 m² comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area (dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and filter coffee maker), and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: a first bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a chest of drawers and a swing set, a second bedroom (two single beds) with a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with toilet.
Garage (washing machine and sink).
Enclosed garden (fenced) of approximately 300 m² with a terrace (except for the side facing the terrace, which is only enclosed by a hedge that is not completely opaque), west-facing. Garden furniture.
Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair.
