The property also features a circle drive with ample parking, making it easy to accommodate boats and trailers, so lake days are simple and stress-free.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for two locked cleaning closets. Guests won`t have access to the detached garage.

🚗To preserve its peaceful, secluded setting, Sunset Ridge is accessed by approximately ½ mile of gravel road. The road is well-traveled but rural in nature and suitable for most vehicles. This short stretch adds to the privacy and quiet charm of the home.

Please note that you are visiting a lake and wooded area, surrounded by water and trees. While our homes receive routine professional pest control, it’s possible you may still see some exterior insects or spiders during your stay.

This is a natural part of the lake environment, and we do our best to minimize their presence both inside and outside the home.

***THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties/events)
2-Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
5-Do not add charcoal or any other fuel to the grill, as this may cause damage and will result in a fee.
