In the lovely holiday oasis of Kongsmark Strand, you will find this well-maintained holiday home where life can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. The house features a pleasant enclosed garden with two terraces and is insulated for year-round use.
The property is located in a quiet and peaceful holiday home area just approx. 400 metres from the water, inviting you for refreshing swims and long walks along the beach – depending on wind and weather. You are also close to a path system, green areas and a shared playground.
The interior is cosy and welcoming with large, bright rooms and underfloor heating in the entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are open-plan. The double-sided kitchen is well maintained with white fronts and wooden worktops. The living room features a beautiful wooden floor and a wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings. Relax on the comfortable sofa, gather around the dining table, and in summer enjoy direct access to the covered terrace.
