Cocoonr offers this charming 140 m² house in Saint-Hippolyte to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 500 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), fireplace (wood provided) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A private, unenclosed 500 m² garden to enjoy on sunny days
- A 10 m² terrace
The house is ideally located in Saint-Hippolyte, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
- The nearest train station is in Murat, about 30 minutes away by car.
- A car is essential.
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Wood is provided free of charge.
