Die sehr netten Besitzer haben trotz unserer späten Reise extra auf uns gewartet, um uns persönlich zu begrüßen. Das Zimmer war supersauber, sehr ruhig und ganz neu und nett eingerichtet (sogar mit Kühlschrank). Das Bad hat mir besonders gut gefallen, sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit einer tollen Dusche. Es gab außerdem eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man sich Kaffee und Tee zubereiten konnte. Perfekte Lage, um Livorno zu erkunden und um schnell beim Fährhafen zu sein.
Die Parksituation - auf der Straße war bei unserer späten Ankunft kein Platz. Wir haben dann auf einem etwas entfernten, bewachten Parkplatz geparkt (9€/Tag)

Camere molto curate con tutti i comfort e piccole coccole di benvenuto. Posizione perfetta per vivere la zona del porto e per una buona cena tipica. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

La struttura e le camere sono nuove, una doccia grande in ogni camera dove si entra in due, un area comune dove è presente un bollitore, un microonde ed una macchina per il caffè a cialde che ci ha permesso di fare la colazione la mattina. Staff molto gentile e presente, rispondono prontamente se si chiedono informazioni.
Vi consiglio di non fermavi alle apparenze, la struttura è situata in uno stabile storico, per capirlo basta alzare la testa verso l'alto appena entrati. Pertanto non c'è l'ascensore, ma mia madre di 70anni ha fatto le senza troppa fatica e con molto piacere 😊
