Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open living area, and fun extras like a pool table, ping-pong and plenty of board games. Two decks give you plenty of space to spread out and soak in the surroundings.
Just a short jaunt, enjoy mini golf, pickleball, basketball, marina, 60 community slips and a community pool. And when you’re ready to explore, the world-class wineries of Paso Robles or the liveliness of downtown, you are only 35 minutes away.
2 vehicles are allowed to park at the house, additional must park in the overflow parking area. $25/day charge to bring a watercraft into the community, $5 mussel inspection fee. Watercraft must be off a mussel infected body of water at least 30 days before you arrive.
