This completely private house offers 866 sqft of living space, featuring an open-concept living area perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The dining table provides a comfortable space for meals, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. The unit boasts two private bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, connected by a hallway leading to a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy a unique touch with a small library and a curated record collection.

Guests will have access to the entire space, including two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a patio or balcony. Guests also have access to the garden or backyard. Parking is available with one driveway space and additional parking in the alley behind the property, accessible through a gated fence.

Cherry Creek is a neighborhood in the southwest-central portion of Austin, Texas that mostly features midsize homes on tree-lined streets. The community dates back to 1969 and has continued to develop over the years. With easy access to to downtown (6-8 miles), Zilker Park (5-6 miles), shopping (Whole Foods, HEB), and restaurants, it attracts many families and young professionals.



Getting Around:

There is 1 driveway parking place and alley parking in the rear of the property, and there is always space. Getting in an out is a breeze, with direct access to West Gate Blvd which will get you quick access to Ben White Blvd (HWY 71) or S. Lamar Blvd. This is a bus route less than 1 block away as well!

The place was okay. Needs dishes, there were only 2 plates. There was a nice fenced in yard, so we could let our dog out, but there was no outdoor furniture. It was good to have the yard, because we didn't want to walk our dog around there in the dark. It was easy to get everywhere on the south side of Austin, the airport and downtown from there.

We needed a place in Austin to call home during our 15 day trip. This home was perfect. Both bedrooms actually have a queen bed. The yard was great for our small dog and the fence is in excellent condition so I didn't have to worry about any escapes. The kitchen had all the necessary items plus some. Mark was a great host and was very responsive. We would gladly stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.
