Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable open plan living and dining room that’s ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, for shared meals and relaxed evenings together. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy self-catering, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner. We also have a convenient ground-floor WC.
Upstairs, the home features two comfortable bedrooms: one double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, making the space flexible for couples, friends, or children. The full bathroom is also located on this floor and includes all the essentials for a refreshing start or a relaxing end to your day. We also have a dedicated office space that’s perfect for remote work, studying, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a book.
Outdoors, we have a lovely patio garden with outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying meals together, coffee in the morning sun or a relaxing glass of something under the stars!
Located on a peaceful residential street, you’ll be just a short stroll from Moreton’s independent shops, traditional pubs, cosy cafés, and direct rail links, making it an ideal base for exploring the rolling hills, historic villages, and scenic walking routes the Cotswolds are famous for.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
