- An 18 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Shared outside area:
- A corridor at the rear of the residence leads to the flats. You can make the most of this outdoor space (small area) - folding chairs, available in the flat, can be used for this purpose. It faces due south.

The flat is ideally located in Douarnenez, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, the daily market, seafood restaurants, crêperies...
