Serenity awaits you at this cozy 1100 sq. ft. home on South Forest Beach Drive at the Seascape Villas. Private beach access is just across the street, and in a 5-minute walk, your feet will hit the sand. Plus, there are six beach chairs and a beach cart that are provided as a bonus. Enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront cabana (restrooms) - so no need for anyone to leave the beach. When you're done for the day the cabana also has a foot wash.
Take a dip at one of two saltwater pools or relax and enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon from the deck, which includes a patio umbrella and seating.
Watch your favorite TV shows in the living room. The property features free WiFi and cable. Guests will also have access to a desk workspace with a monitor. Wonderful stay! 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pool. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. 5 min drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. The unit was spacious enough for our family of five to spend time together and spread out. Both bathrooms are upstairs, which was a little annoying, but worth the option of two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed watching turtles and cranes in the lagoon.

The condo itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. The deck overlooking the lagoon was a bit small so we were not able to have dinner outside but we were able to sit two outside together comfortably. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have already there. Although I will say the chairs are somewhat small. That’s just a personal preference. The walk to the beach was fine. It took us a trip or two to figure out the correct path but we eventually got it. And having the cabana was very nice for the kids. Beautiful beach as always. The pools were very nice as well. It was a little confusing at first on how to find the pools (and the quickest route to them). The condo is near everything. It’s a great location.
