Scenically situated on the banks of a tranquil lagoon, this Hilton Head home is the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Enjoy a short walk across the street to Tower Beach or walk less than a quarter-mile to South Beach each morning, and be greeted back home by a coastal-contemporary haven full of gorgeous island views.
This single-story home is located within Sea Pines, on the edge of a coastal pond that's wonderful for wildlife-watching. Grab the binoculars from inside and marvel at the variety of birds and deer that are known to frequent the property. In this lovely spot, you'll be close to bustling Harbour Town (three miles), Hilton Head's renowned golf courses, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, and trails for walking, jogging, and riding bikes.

We attended a camp at South Beach racquet club and this house was a great location for using the South Beach area. It was walkable. Also, it was close to Harbour Town and other areas for shopping and dining. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was perfect for our group. Indoor space was very clean and very spacious. Also it was nicely updated. In the property description it said “hairdryer.” It actually meant one hairdryer, as opposed to one hairdryer per bathroom. That was a bit of a challenge with four women. Missing some basic things I have gotten used to when using a rental, like tissues, starter coffee pods, food wrap, etc. Main patio was very nice for nature watching and relaxation (it was small, but very quiet). All the side patios off the bedrooms were unusable.

We loved all the space and the large tv. We took awhile to figure out the lights and fans and which switches operated what but that was just a minor inconvenience. The kitchen is very nice and all the furnishings in the home were very fancy and updated. We even had deer come right into our back porch near the pond. Overall a great week and we would definitely go back .
