Make your way into the cozy living area to sink into the large sectional and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts or drift out into the sunroom for socializing or quiet afternoons with a good book and a perfect cup of coffee.
This condo also comes complete with central air-conditioning for those hot summer months and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Loved everything about it…especially the screened in back porch facing the golf course! The location was great! We were Tucked away but still close to all we wanted to see and do! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Loved the decor. Kitchen had everything we needed! Would highly recommend and would go back in a minute. The host was always there when we needed her.

True to the photos and description. Totally clean and welcoming! Back porch is unexpectedly delightful. Helpful to look closely for condo numbers and street names, but once found so worth it!

We loved this condo! Was the perfect size for us and our daughter plus two friends. The modernness of the place really is awesome, plan on staying here again!

We especially loved the large screened porch! My grands were in the building next door and they enjoyed coming in our “back door”. All furniture and beds were very comfortable. Owners and Vacasa saw to every detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Kitchen was well appointed with nice cooking equipment, as well. Lovely furniture.
