The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, pub in 2.3 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking. Dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights. The Cheviot Goat pub is located on site and is available to guests subject to seasonal opening hours. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site swimming pool and sauna facilities will be open for guest use from 1 April 2026. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is available for an additional charge and must be arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival. From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at £42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis. Children under the age of 14 are not charged for pool use The swimming pool is unsupervised and used at guests’ own risk Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and lone swimming is not permitted for anyone under 18 Full pool rules and access details will be provided after booking.

Wooler is a delightful, historic market town on the banks of the River Till, one of the tributaries of the Tweed, nestling in the foothills of the Cheviots which form part of the Pennine Way. Known locally as 'The Gateway to The Cheviots', Wooler has a selection of hotels and eating places and offers a magnificent location for exploring the whole of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Situated on the edge of the Northumberland National Park, Wooler is just a short drive away from the historic town of Alnwick with its famous Castle and Gardens, and the well preserved Garrison town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Chillingham Castle with its ancient herd of wild white cattle and Coldstream, just over the Scottish border, are also a short drive away.
