Inside, you will find quality finishes and thoughtful upgrades throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. The bathroom includes a clean, modern tile design with a tub and shower combo. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home for extended stays along with basic essentials -- laundry detergent, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies & more.

Large windows and sliding door lead to a private balcony. Live admits quiet forest views in every season. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature or relax in the evening after exploring town.

You will have exclusive access to the upstairs apartment. A smart lock is located on the front door for safe and convenient entry with your own unique entry code.

Quality insulation provides a serene and private experience separating both the upstairs and downstairs units of the tiny home.

We offer a seamless self check-in process to give you maximum privacy and flexibility. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message if you need anything at all.

Our neighborhood is quiet and calm. Home are thoughtfully spaced and minimal road traffic, offering a peaceful, private setting. Residents often take leisurely afternoon walks or stroll into downtown. Most days, the gentle sounds of birdsong and leaves moving through the trees create a truly tranquil atmosphere.

The apartment is just a 3 minute drive or a 17 minute walk to downtown Tryon. The walk includes a few gentle rolling hills, but it’s a beautiful route with fresh air and charming homes along the way. Neighbors regularly walk in the area, and it is considered very safe and quiet.

We recommend having a car for your stay, especially if you plan to explore beyond downtown Tryon or visit surrounding towns and attractions.

**All reservation are required to include a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.


HOUSE OPERATION
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is a lodging-only property. NO parties or events are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. You will be fined if guests exceed your reservation without approval. No fireworks allowed anytime.

PARKING
Please only park in our off-street gravel parking area.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm to 7am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason.

HVAC
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee.

TRASH
Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please move the cans to the front road for pickup. If you need assistance please reach out to us.

NO LOCKED CLOSETS
Guests will not have access to locked owner`s closets at any time.

NO SMOKING
We do not allow smoking inside or on the property at anytime. No illegal substances on the property at anytime. If you wish to smoke you must be more than 20 feet away from the property (not allowed on the deck anytime). If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged large fines. No weapons on the property at any time.

PET RULES
You must receive owner approval before bringing pets to the property and have paid required pet fee prior to arrival. You must receive owner approval to have more than 2 pets on the property. Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fine. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Please be mindful to not let into the neighbors yard and keep them on a leash when walking through the nearby neighborhood.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. You will be charged a fine for staying past checkout if not communicated.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:

--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--bag and place all trash in outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to send to laundry service (no need to start a load as we take all linens off-site for professional cleaning)
