This cosy and romantic bolthole lies at the centre of the picturesque village of Summercourt in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Offering fresh and airy accommodation for couples, the property is perfect for walkers, beach lovers and nature spotters exploring the north and south coasts of Cornwall. With ample space for two guests, this inviting hideaway features a relaxing wood burner and a sweet courtyard garden, making an ideal retreat for visitors discovering the area’s quaint villages, historic sites, thriving market towns and unforgettable landscapes.

Entering this cheerful cottage, the stylishly arranged galley kitchen has plenty of storage space, useful equipment and sleek worktops. A step leads down into the airy lounge/diner with a beautiful central wood burner, a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a handy dining table to one side. Stairs lead up directly into the charming king-size bedroom, beautifully decorated in calm neutral shades, and which has a lovely en-suite shower room. Outside, the pretty and enclosed courtyard garden is laid with decorative stone and features a BBQ and outdoor furniture, making a tranquil space for dining alfresco. Private parking is available for one car, with additional undercover storage for motorbikes.

Summercourt lies just off the A30, providing easy access to everything Cornwall has to offer, from Bodmin Moor in the east (25 miles) to Penzance in the west (30 miles). The lively resort of Newquay (7 miles) has some fabulous beaches, including Fistral Beach, alongside an array of great pubs and restaurants. Further coastal highlights include the St Agnes Heritage Coast, Perranporth Beach and the harbour town of Padstow, all within 17 miles. St Austell lies on the southern coast (10 miles), with a wealth of local attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Wheal Martyn Clay Works, Trerice and Lappa Valley, all within 12 miles.
