About this apartment rental

Rosen is a delightful ground floor apartment situated in a quiet cul de sac at the bottom of a steep hill. Perfect for a relaxing getaway from where you can access the beach, within minutes, via the 'secret' garden gate, walk on beautiful, golden sands or swim in the sea. It is a perfect base to explore the area and one you will want to return to.


There are 18 steps down from the designated parking space to the property which is on the ground floor and on entering you will find a well equipped kitchen with gleaming counter tops, Electric hob and oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave and an Air Fryer. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one twin with 2 x 3ft comfortable beds and the main bedroom with a luxurious, king size bed, TV and sea views across St Ives Bay. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Down 5 steps into the tastefully decorated lounge and dining area, with a super comfy sofa, Smart TV and views of the sea and beach. Patio doors lead out onto an outdoor dining area and into the mature communal gardens perfect for alfresco events.


Out of the 'secret' garden gate and within a few minutes you can be standing on Carbis Bay beach with the Carbis Bay Hotel cafe a must or at the local branch train station from where the train runs along the coast into St Ives. Within minutes you can be exploring the twist and turns of the harbour town with its many cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries including the Barbara Hepworth museum and the Tate Modern gallery. From Rosen you can also take a scenic 20 minute walk into St Ives and there are other beaches close by including Porthmeor, great for surfers with a surf school for beginners. There is also Mill Riding Stables for hacks along the beach and St Michaels Mount or Lands End close by for the sightseers.


Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
