This idyllic stone cottage located in St Ives, just a stone’s throw from the South West Coast Path, is perfect for an extra special get-together with family and friends amongst the stunning Cornwall scenery.

Up the stone steps and through the stable door, a quaint entrance hallway welcomes you and leads through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring wooden flooring, shutters, white-washed beamed ceiling and exposed stonework, the heart of this home-away-from-home is brimming with rustic charm; unwind, cook and dine amongst the welcome warmth of the roaring feature wood burner. As the sun sets over Cornwall, retire to the double or twin zip-and-link bedroom (can be made up as a king-size) on the first floor after washing off sandy toes in the family shower room on this level. The second floor comprises a delightful en-suite king-size bedroom that boasts wonderful sea views. This cosy retreat has no outside space but is just 100 metres from the sandy beach and the South West Coast Path. Parking is in a pay and display car park 100 metres away, subject to availability.

The picturesque harbour town of St Ives comprises a maze of cobbled streets, independent shops, fishermen’s cottages and some of the tastiest restaurants and cafés in the South West. Discover the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden half a mile away, a truly unique haven comprising over 30 sculptures set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Explore the crescent of award-winning golden sands of Porthminster Beach, also half a mile away, and enjoy a safe swim, while onshore you can leisurely relax in a deck chair before aiming for a hole in one at the 18-hole mini golf course nearby. From the marina 500 metres away, book an exciting seal-watching safari boat trip to uncover the true beauty of this coastline.
