This recently renovated Category C listed townhouse in St Monans is a brilliant coastal base, just minutes from the harbour and perfectly positioned for exploring the East Neuk. Arranged over three levels, it blends characterful period details with fresh, contemporary comfort, and enjoys lovely outlooks towards St Monans Harbour and the Firth of Forth from its front facing rooms.

Step inside to an entrance hall with handy built in storage for coats and shoes, then on the ground floor you’ll find a bright double bedroom with triple windows that flood the space with natural light, plus partial sea and harbour views. Also on this level is a smart utility room with fitted units, a Belfast sink and washing machine, and a contemporary shower room with WC and vanity basin, ideal for rinsing off after beach days and coastal walks.
