About this house rental
Seafront villa, almost on the water's edge, with a breathtaking 180° view of the Big Blue at Sausset-les-Pins! Ideally located 200m from the beaches. This villa, completely renovated, carefully equipped and tastefully decorated, will make you spend unforgettable holidays: heated swimming pool (7mx3m) from 1st June to 1st October, barbecue, petanque court, landscaped garden.
Located in a quiet area, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the activities of the Blue Coast.
This villa of 175 m2, which can accommodate up to 8 people maximum, air-conditioned, literally overlooks the Mediterranean and invites you to a 'cruise' that you will not tire of!
Spread over two floors, it consists on the ground floor of a large entrance, a beautiful living room with kitchen, dining room, a bedroom (not air-conditioned), a bathroom and a WC.
The living room is equipped with large bay windows to never lose sight of the Big Blue, as from the bathtub and the shower.
Upstairs, you will have access to 3 large bedrooms, two of which have an unobstructed view of the sea and open onto a large wooden terrace; the last one providing access to a private terrace inviting relaxation. 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker and a toilet.
New bedding (3 in 160x200 and 2 in 80x200) in the 4 bedrooms.
The house is ideal for a small family, or two couples of friends.
We strongly advise against the house for more than 6 adults, the outdoor spaces are limited and the proximity to neighbours can be disturbing for some.
The stay opens onto a large equipped terrace: garden furniture, sun loungers, gas BBQ/plancha set, and giant parasol with integrated solar LED lighting.
OPTION: For the swimming pool, the heating period is between 1st June and 1st October. Nevertheless, it is possible to start it up for the months of May and October for a cost of 50€ + 15€ / rental day. (temperature approximately 25 degrees).
We prioritise families, but nevertheless the house has certain areas that can be dangerous for young children, for this reason we have parents sign a liability waiver for children under 5 years old, and invite parents to be vigilant during the holidays.
All festivities strictly prohibited.
Not recommended for 8 adults.
We carefully study each request, profiles with fewer than 3 comments will not be accepted.
