Very centrally located in the heart of St Andrews. The town center with various restaurants, cafès, bars and shops, all tourist attractions, beaches and of course the famous Old Cours are just a few minutes' walk away. The property offers free on site parking for two vehicles.



A particular highlight is the large, private and peaceful terrace at the rear of the house, creating an additional outdoor space and adding to the welcoming feel of the home. Ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining or a relaxed evening drink. To the front, the house also benefits from a private lawned garden.



Inside, you’ll find a separate dining room and a stylish sitting room with a feature fireplace, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. A second cosy snug offers a beautiful vaulted ceiling, skylight and patio doors leading directly out to the rear terrace.
