There are two pullouts, one in the loft area and another in the bunk room for additional sleeping areas. Loft is equipped with a Corduroy bean bag that pulls out to a queen mattress and a Wii and other board games along with a pullout couch. The garage-turned-recreation zone with table tennis, foosball, indoor basketball, poker table, volleyball net. The backyard seals the deal: fire pit, hot tub , natural gas BBQ, and ample outdoor seating/dining. Paired with the lake, sand dunes, and state/national park location, it's perfect for multi-generational trips, groups, or anyone with outdoor recreation plans
