Enter through the side gate, then enter through the door on the right, which leads directly into the apartment. The door is equipped with a digital lock for easy self check-in. A key for the lower-level door will be available in the mailbox. Perfect for families or groups, the space includes:2 Queen beds, 1 full-size pull-out sofa bed, Smart & cozy living: Unwind with smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a cozy layout, and a bright, modern design that makes the space feel warm and inviting. Located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood, this suite offers a relaxing retreat away from busy tourist areas, while still being just a short drive to Niagara Falls, attractions, dining, and shopping. While we’d love to share all areas, the backyard is reserved for the main home to maintain privacy for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding. Guests have access to one designated parking spot located closest to the paved walkway leading to the apartment entrance. Please park in this spot only and avoid backing your car all the way up to the garage. Keeping the walkway clear ensures not only safe and easy access to the side gate and apartment door, but also allows cars parked on the other side to access the walkway.
