This luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12+ guests, with each bedroom featuring a full ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. The main level includes one bedroom, while the others are spread across the upper floors, offering space and separation for everyone in your group.

Relax and unwind on the fully furnished **rooftop sky deck** with panoramic **city views** and an **6-person hot tub**, perfect for soaking in the skyline or enjoying evening cocktails. The flat, unobstructed lot allows for plenty of natural light throughout the home, adding to the elevated guest experience.
For your convenience, the property includes a **2-car garage with rear access** and additional parking in the lot. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a group trip, or a special celebration, this home provides an exceptional base for exploring Nashville.
