This new, modernly equipped Villa Kraken is located in Zemunik Gornji, a quiet Dalmatian village located in the hinterland of Zadar, ideal for guests looking for privacy, silence and an authentic Mediterranean ambiance, while still staying close to all important amenities. Surrounded by nature, olive groves and open space, this area offers a relaxed atmosphere away from the city crowds.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area in front of the villa, there is a 40 m² swimming pool, which is a central place for refreshment and enjoyment during warm summer days. Next to the pool is a lounge area for relaxation, as well as a barbecue, perfect for socializing and outdoor dinners.
The modern villa is spread over two floors and is designed to provide guests with maximum comfort and functionality. On the ground floor there is a spacious open space that combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to an outdoor terrace.
