This daylight basement unit converted to cozy little mother-in-law apartment has a washer and dryer, free parking, and lots of incidentals saving you time and money. Cooking oil, spices, or Band-Aids for instance.
The backyard is nestled against a beautiful green belt separating it from the 5 start hotel Cedarbrook Lodge and the 4 star restaurant The Copper Leaf. The greenbelt provides virtual privacy and entertaining urban wildlife. There is a nice patio with a propane gas firepit for your unit.
