Kitchen: Unlike most studios, you`ll have a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, and microwave, ready for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal.

Bathroom: A full, private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your stay.

Work & Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix.

Parking: 1 off-street parking space included with reservation

We welcome you to bring your furry companion along!

We allow a maximum of one dog per stay. A non-refundable $50 pet fee applies.
If your dog needs a little more space to run, the Scioto Audubon Dog Park is just a short trip away
As per the house rules, we kindly ask that you please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly to keep the shared spaces clean for everyone.

No smoking of any kind inside the home.
No parties or events.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated receptacles.
Please be considerate of other guests using the shared yard space.
