About this house rental
Experience downtown Rogers from our charming retreat! Minutes from mountain biking and steps from paved trails, we’re the perfect oasis for adventurers or those visiting loved ones.
Our 3BR/2BA home features a cozy living area, full kitchen, and new carpet (Jan 2026). One block to paved greenways, perfect for running, walking, and biking. Less than one mile to the coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, and free summer concerts in Historic Downtown Rogers.
We are centrally located between Bentonville & the Walmart Home Office (~15 min.), Fayetteville (~25 min), and Eureka Springs (~50 min).
The House:
We're set up for any (and every) need, whether this is extra room for sleeping, private space for working, outdoor space for relaxing, or getting outside to walk downtown or head to the trails!
The front porch offers several seating options if you want to enjoy the weather and remain in the action heading into downtown.
The comfy living room couch and large Smart TV are ready for a relaxing night in. The TV has multiple free Apps and feel free to login to your own. We do not have cable. You'll find games, pet blankets, and WiFi information on the shelves under the TV.
The kitchen and dining area are ready for a quick snack and cup of coffee - you'll find snacks, k-cups, and a keurig in the far right corner. The rest of the kitchen is stocked and ready for you to enjoy an easy breakfast at the breakfast bar or a larger, sit-down meal at the dining room table.
Follow the hallway all the way to the backdoor to enjoy a fenced in yard, complete with chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outside in the beautiful Arkansas weather. For those with pets, there is a poop scoop for your convenience.
Inside, there are three bedrooms to suit all of your needs. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is directly across the hall from the second full bathroom.
The third bedroom is ready for anything - there is a desk for a quiet workspace if you're working remotely. There is also a twin bed if you're looking for extra sleeping space. If you're traveling with little ones, there are books, toys, and a high chair in the room.
In-house laundry is located in the hallway. The cupboard on the right is stocked with detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, an iron, and spare sheets.
