About this house rental
This stylish and newly renovated modern house is perfect for your next getaway! It's located in Desert Hot Springs, only 20 minutes away from the Palm Springs Strip! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house is very spacious and includes all the amenities you can think of! A full open kitchen/dining area with amazing mountain views, a spacious living area and much more! The real highlight of the house is the backyard, we're talking a pool AND a hot tub overlooking Downtown Palm Springs!
The space
Fully remodeled inside. New flooring, repainted, updated bathrooms and new furniture inside. This home was already highly rated but we decided to enhance your experience with these updates. For price, location, views and the home, this property is a great value. Book it today and we will take care of you.
Room set up and living space:
In terms of beds location, as you walk in, you will be in the living room with sliders overlooking beautiful pool and mountain views.
To the left, is the primary with king and en suite bathroom. To the right is the other beds rooms. Two have queen size beds, one of them also have a rollaway twin bed, if needed extra sleeping is needed. The last bedroom has a queen and a twin on top bunk bed and a futon sofa that fold out. There is a full bathroom off the hallway to be shared by any one in those bedrooms. Both couches can fold out to be queen beds that are in the living room, if needed.
Kitchen and dining and open concept with pool and mountain and desert views that extend to the left and straight off the living room.
Palm Springs strip is only 15-20 minutes away
40 min drive to Joshua Tree National Park
Coachella and Stagecoach venue about 30 minutes away
Both Aqua Caliente Casinos only 20 minutes away as well
25 minutes away from Morongo/outlets

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee
Spa heating is complimentary
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Payment can be made via Vrbo or another form of payment.

PARKING:
Parking available in the driveway, garage is used for OUR storage only.
RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.
PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.
If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
CAMERAS: We have one Ring doorbell camera by the front entrance, one Ring flood light camera by the driveway and one Ring camera outside by the pool. These all record for emergency and safety purposes only.
City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals: Outdoor
Music cell phone/laptop level only before 8 pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 8 pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 10 overnight
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.

We all enjoyed your great property, you have done well equipping the rental, good quality bedding (including cozy blankets), and all you will need.
The bathrooms could have been cleaned better, also the floors. We think there was quite a party before us as we found many bits. The pool was good, cleaned 2x while we were there. Overall we really enjoyed. Thank you.
