he 4* Goélia tourist residence “Le Domaine de Pont Aven” is located in a residential area, overlooking the charming little town of Pont Aven, 6 minutes walk from the Aven and the Museum of Fine Arts, at heart of an immense park.
You will access the Port and the center of Pont Aven via direct and private access (communal path with a stone staircase not recommended for people with walking difficulties). The large beaches are located within a radius of 13 to 15 km (the superb beach of Port Manec'h at 11km (with nautical club) and the beach of Tahiti in Nevez (12 km) among others.
The residence consists of a main building “Le Manoir” housing the reception, the heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and whirlpool, and air-conditioned studios and 2 and 3 room apartments for 2 to 4 people, as well as a hamlet of semi-detached houses for 6 people built in a style inspired by Breton architecture. Surface area : about 30 m². Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed (160x200). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with hairdryer, WC. Terrace.
